Break 3 grew out of a partnership between Rook Lane Arts Trust and Frome Community Learning Partnership. We wanted to collaborate with creative practitioners to explore new ways of bringing maths to life (link to Break 3 Numbers page) for children, teachers and families in Frome and surrounding villages.
We’re still hooked on maths, with exciting projects developing, and are now stretching our remit into reading through our Space to Read project with Frome schools and community through 2013 – 14.
Break 3 is dedicated to supporting creativity in the classroom and beyond, and inspiring the art of learning for children, teachers and families locally and regionally.
